The hotel is situated perfectly in the heart of Patong area, offering convenient access to everything. The rooms are spacious, bright, and lovely, but noise could be an issue at night. The breakfast and bar area are wonderful, making it a great stay overall.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms definitely need a good clean, and the horrible smell from the shower drain was a big downside. Being on the 5th floor with an old shower that took ages for hot water was frustrating. The 'balcony' felt more like a prison under the emergency stairs, and the view was of a rat-infested scrap metal heap through a seedy alleyway. On the bright side, the service was friendly and efficient, but it fell short of being truly helpful at times. The location was great, right across from the beach, although the view of an anchoring large cruiser was hit or miss. The dining experience was okay, but the food choices got repetitive. The facilities could use some improvement, but the value for money was fair considering the location.

The hotel offers spacious rooms that fit two people comfortably. While the rooms are very big and clean, there was an issue with an ant infestation. Additionally, the noise from other guests and their children can be disruptive early in the morning.
